SUV – 1001 UV RICH GLOSS OPV
Excellent gloss and rub resistant UV curable OPV. It is a modern UV glosss flexo coating, which has been developed for both commercial and packaging applications.
SUV – 1002 SS SPOT UV
Spot UV is a finishing technique whereby a thin layer of UV gloss is applied and bound with heat to specific areas on card or paper. This is then dried under a special UV light. Spot UV can either be raised or low/flat to the card – it all just depends on how much gloss it added.

SUV – 1005 UV CLEANER
Uv Cleaner is perfectly adapted for cleaning UV inks and varnishes off your parts such as doctor-blade chambers, ink trays, doctor blades etc. UV Cleaner ensures that your plates remain usable for a longer period of time. Using UV cleaner also requires less brushing compared to other products which are not truly adapted for this purpose, thus reducing the risk of loss of your valuable photo-polymer plates.
UV DRIP OFF COATING
SUV - 1006 UV DRIP OFF MATT
This is a Duct Matt for Drip-off effects on Paper board, MET PET, art paper etc. It provides rough gains for drip-off effect. When combined with UV Gloss varnish it provides drip-off effects. Applied through duct on a sheetfed offset machine.
SUV - 1007 UV DRIP OFF GLOSS
Drip Off represents an efficient and eye-catching method to achieve matt/gloss effects or matt/structure effects in a single process with just one coating unit. The principle: in the last ink duct, a primer is partially used. Out of the coating unit, a high gloss coating is applied full area. Where primer and high gloss coating meet, a repellent effect is realized. Where the primer has been left out, you realize high gloss surfaces. In this way, you can produce fine printing motives without a spot coating plate. Depending on the primer, application amount and the setting of your printing press (power of UV lamps), you can achieve medium to strong structures which provide a highly visual and haptical difference compared to the high gloss coating. The systems are characterized by a very good scratch and scuff resistance.
