SVS – 1001 WATER BASED GLOSS OPV
Our water-based coatings (also called aqueous coatings) provide ideal properties for almost all printing requirements: fast drying coatings, coatings for optimum rub resistance, grease-proof & water-proof coatings, antimicrobial coatings, special blister coatings and primers. All of our water-based coatings are suitable for paper/cardboard application. The formulations are based on carefully selected ingredients in tandem with a well-balanced composition of chemicals.
SVS – 1002 WATER BASED MATT OPV
Our Water Based Matt opv is a fast drying with a smooth matt finish, providing optimum transparency for level of mattness. The coated material has good water resistance & is suited for double-sidded coating applications. It has excellent slip, coverage and rub resistance, depending on the substrate.
SVS -1003 WATER BASED PRIMER
A general-purpose quick drying waterbased coating suitable for high speed in line wet-on-wet litho application onto carton board and paper substrates. It is also an excellent primer for subsequent UV cured coatings. It has been specifically formulated for litho presses with double coating units.
SVS-1007 WATER BASED BLISTER OPV
A waterbased blister opv varnish for in-line anilox wet-on-wet applications but is also suitable for off-line applications. Waterbased blister opv will successfully seal printed board to polyester, polystyrene and PVC on manual blister sealing machines.
SVS – 1008 WATER BASED BARRIER OPV
A functional barrier coating specially formulated for grease and oil resistance when applied to carton board or paper.It has been formulated for direct food contact.
